[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Exactly how long do you spend washing your face? Twenty to thirty seconds are taken by a lot of people. But that is clearly still not enough. The cleansing hack which is actually going viral across social media is actually the #60secondrule. Let us learn the secret of this new cleansing technique now!
What is the #60SecondRule?
This cleansing method comes from Nayamka Roberts Smith of LABeautyologist, an esthetician who tells her Twitter followers to wash the face of theirs for sixty seconds straight to let the cleanser ingredients really penetrate the skin. And products enough time to properly dissolve the makeup, dirt and oil on your face to achieve better skin are allowed by the 60 second rule.
Rule #1 – Use lukewarm water
In contrast to popular belief, pores cannot open or even close as they’re not muscles. Cleaning the face of yours with water that is hot doesn’t help open and cleanse pores. The truth is actually water that is hot may be abrasive and strips the skin of yours of natural oils and leave your skin feeling dry. Always stick to lukewarm water to protect the skin of yours.
Rule #2 – Focus on T-zone
Taking sixty seconds also makes attention is paid by you to U zone and T zone (around the jawline) as these’re areas folks are likely to ignore. Be sure you take the time of yours to cleanse around the edges of the nose of yours, under the chin of yours, and around your hairline to keep pimples at bay.
Rule #3 – Moisturise immediately after cleansing
Go directly into your skincare routine a couple of seconds after washing up, as damp skin is a lot more likely to absorb topical ingredients than skin that is dry. Be sure your skincare product is applied by you immediately after padding the skin dry from cleansing to reap the maximum benefits of your skincare products.
