Description
Samyang’s Kimchi Ramen (Ramyun) is a Korean product, which is popular mostly in Korea and Japan as a much sought-after quick meal item. Its instant noodle soup has a tantalizing and neve-tickling aroma. The soup seasoning is made with vegetables and well-aged Kimchi.
Ingredients:
Noodle 90.4%: Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Palm Oil, Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil, Sugar Solution, Sweetner E420, Emulsifiers E322, E452, E450, Acidity Regulator E501, E500, E339, E330, Thickener E412, Green Tea Seasoning Oil
Soup 9.6%: Seasoning (Kimchi Powder, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein: (Soy, Corn, Wheat), Savoury Seasoning Powder, Red Pepper Seed Oil), Flavour Enhancer E621, E631, E627, Salt, Sugar, Spices (Red Pepper Seasoning Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Concentrate), Acid E296, Colour E150b, E160c, Dried Vegetables (Radish Green, Welsh Onion, Kimchi Flake.
HOW TO PREPARE
1) Put noodles and the soup base into 550ml boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.
2) For better taste add fresh vegetables and scallions, if desired and serve.
