  • 1 tsp honey

Steps:

  1. Mash the strawberries with the back of a fork.
  2. Add yoghurt and honey. Stir to combine.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for fifteen mins.
  4. Apply to skin that is clean and leave for ten mins.
  5. Wash off with lukewarm water, then follow with moisturiser and toner.

#2 Honey & Papaya Mask

Papaya is particularly good for lightening skin tone, fading sunspots and hyper pigmentation. Precisely why it works? This tropical fruit is actually high in Vitamin C along with a protein dissolving enzyme called papain that helps remove dead skin.

 

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of mashed ripe papaya
  • 2 tbsp honey

 

Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Apply the mixture on skin that is fresh and leave for fifteen mins.
  3. Wash off with lukewarm water and then follow with moisturiser and toner.

  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
